Falcon Crest Season 1 DVD Contest
Before the days of Melrose Place and Desperate Housewives, there was Falcon Crest, a nighttime soap opera which aired from 1981 - 1990 and took place in Northern California's wine country. Academy Award winner Jane Wyman stars as winery matriarch Angela Channing, who is willing to sacrifice family, friends, honor and the law for power. Set in the fictitious Tuscany Valley just north of San Francisco, the scandalous series tells the story of the rivalry between the two owners of the Falcon Crest vineyards, longtime proprietor Angela Channing and her nephew Chase Gioberti (Robert Foxworth), who has recently inherited a portion of the family vineyard from his father, Angela's brother Jason Gioberti (who dies after a fall in the winery in the first episode). For more information on this release and others, visit Warner Bros Official Site. ![]() To Enter the DVD Contest: Have you ever felt like your life was a soap opera, full of villainous exes, backstabbing friends, scandalous rumors and more drama than you need? In a reply to this post, share an experience with a significant other, friend or family member that reminded you of something you'd see on a primetime soap opera. As always, there is no length requirement for your reply. Good Luck....Backstabbers ![]() Last edited by klance1 : 06-17-2010 at 12:08 AM. |
