The podcasts, which originally aired on London radio from 2001 to 2005, earned a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records for the most downloads. Pilkington's offbeat ramblings inspire many of the storylines for the animated TV show, including the merits of 20th-century inventions, Karl's suggestion for population control, how philosophy has evolved through the ages, and Karl's perfectly round head. The Ricky Gervais Show won an Emmy Award for Andy Bialk's character designs. Be prepared to laugh as we present The Complete First Season for contest.
