I saw the rumble LIVE in 2002! The year Triple H won. We sat 4 rows away from the ring (we won't get into how much tickets cost
 )Shawn Michaels was the FIRST person to win while entering at number one. Chris Benoit also accomplished the feat in 2004. Rey mysterio won the rumble with a number 2 spot, which is the same seeing as how number 1 & 2 start of in the ring together. Vince McMahon also won a rumble starting at number 2 but it was "laced with controversy" because he spent most of the match outside the ring doing commentary  The rumble is also my favorite ppv

WHAT?! McMahon winning must have been way after I stopped watching. That would have severely pissed me off.
