Quite entertaining! Cillian Murphy played an excellent villain, very creepy. Rachel McAdams was nothing special, but played the part fine.

The dialogue wasn't bad, more than I expected from a film like this. There was even a part that made me ( and the rest of the audience) jump, even though we knew it was coming . There was clapping and cheering in the middle of the film! It was strange how this movie affected the crowd, different then any movie I've seen lately.

I do have to say it was a bit short. Only 85 minutes; though I certainly was entertained for those 85 minutes. It was worth the ticket price imo...I'll give it a 7 of 10

*Semi Spoiler in white*

Cillian's Name is Jackson Ripner

I actaually thought it would be like every other horror film i'd seen. But know I might actually check it out if it was that good.

It was definatly not a horror movie. Had it been; there is no way you could've got me in the theatre. It is a nice little suspensfull picture

Note to Cinderfoot when quoting someone who has a SPOILER IN WHITE...delete the spoiler:|...at least it wasn't a very big spoiler...but I still didn't want to see it mmm... I like Rachael McAdams so at least she did ok. And Cilian Murphy is very cute and since you say he plays a good villain i'm intrigued.

I only caught the last 40 minutes of this at the drive-in but, those 40 minutes were pretty good. It's not my type of movie but I thought is was done pretty well from what I saw of it.

Saw it today. Easily the best movie Craven has directed since Scream, I thought.

Glad to know someone else thought as highly of it as I did. Cillian was perfect.
