Default Has there ever been a quadruple-dip DVD?

I know Reservoir Dogs was a triple-dip. I believe Platoon and Scarface were as well.

But has the same movie ever been released 4 different times on DVD [no Blu/HDDVD] - a quadruple-dip?

Stargate 1997-06-18
Stargate (Special Edition) 1999-10-26
Stargate (Special Edition) 2001-10-23
Stargate (Ultimate Edition) 2003-02-17

I only know this because I own the '97 version which is one of the old school flip disks (My Conan the Barbarian is like this too) and have had to watch all the editions come out over time and cringe but I still hang on to my "Flip the disk halfway through the movie" version...

If you count Unrated, Extended, Special Edition, Suoperbit, etc. I have to think there are several. Men in Black comes readily to mind.

Watchmen went through that. i bought the theatrical version the day it came out with an ad for the directors cut inside. i bought the directors cut, and a 10$ off coupon for the final cut was included. when redeeming the 10$ warner points, i also recieved five dollars off of the motion comics which i bought. when the final cut came out... it included the motion comics.

It probably depends on what you mean by "realeased." Do you mean a new release with new additions, be it new footage, new extras, a truly new transfer, and stuff like that? Do you mean a repackaged release, like the same disc and same extras, just a new box or art? And does it count for individual releases being released in a set? There are many that have been repackaged multiple times, but never had anything new added.

I have 9 different DVDs of Natural Born Killers! Plus a bunch of different VHS and 4 different LaserDiscs. Obviously it's my favorite movie. Hope that helps.
