I would have to pick Hagrid as my favorite, he's just so physically imposing and yet a very gentle guy. Thanks for the entry

My favorite character is Luna Lovegood because she the oddball of the group and she always in a go with the flow attitude that really makes her stand out from the others in Dumbledore's army

my favorite character from the harry potter series is Hermione Granger! i like her because first of all, she is very beautiful! lol, the main reason is that, she is the character i can relate to the most because she is like a "know it all" and doesn't quite have any friends in the beginning. she is left out in the beginning and i was like that too! so it's nice to see a character in a place where i've been in the same place too. anyways, thanks for the contest Kevin! love this edition, i really want this movie on blu-ray!

Always was a fan of Snape. He was a greatly conflicted character that balanced the line between good and evil and you never knew exactly where he fell until the very end.

Snape because he's basically the Batman of the series... he sacrifices his own happiness for the overall good.

I always loved Ron... he's the friend who's beside you even when he's terrified or thinks you're crazy for going forward. But his loyalty always seems to over-rule any hesitancies he carries. He struggles more than his 2 best friends when it comes to performing magic, but he doesn't let it keep him from going into battle with his friends. He battles being teased by other kids because of his family's financial status, but he holds his head up high, and has been known to swallow a slug or two to defend himself and his friends.

Hermione! I love that there is a character to whom smart, bookish, somewhat socially awkward girls can relate. I read the first Harry Potter book when I was in my early 30's and still related to her.

I always liked Snape. I always thought the other teachers showed Harry too much favoritism, so it was nice that he evened it out. It turned out he was a hero sacrificing himself for good in the end too.

Madeye Moody. I think mostly because I like Brendan Gleeson. And I like how he's kind of a jerk, but yet he's funny.
