i could probably pick out more good tv actors/actres that are bad in movies.

I second this- after watching an episode of CSI: Miami, I concluded that maybe my strong like for William Petersen as Grissom was the reason I couldn't enjoy Caruso in his role. But after seeing CSI: New York, I was fine with Sinise, and realized I just disliked Caruso that much in the role. Petersen will always be my favorite because I think he's far superior to both the others, but I'll take Sinise any day over Caruso.

Disappointed to hear that Peterson is no longer in CSI and Laurence Fishbourne is now head honcho at the Vegas crime lab...
 I also really like CSI:NY..Sinese is really good in that...Caruso wishes he could be as 'bad' as that writer claims Sinese is!

Caruso is dreadful, and the only reason he's not on this list in place of Sinise must be that Caruso really isn't a "movie actor" whose is terrible on TV so much as he's a TV actor whose terrible on TV.
