Incidentally I think our three Mods do a wonderful job and we don't need anymore at present.

Can I also jut say I was offered a Mod-ship on here a looong time ago but I declined....and I think I made the right choice.

I've found that a really good way to measure picture size is by right clicking it and looking at the size that way-sometimes it's hard to tell how large a picture actually is going to be until it's in the thread. I've found that pictures that are roughly 300 or so and under is a good picture size-they're not too big... when they start reaching 800 X 750, that's where we see the really large pictures that are hard to process. It's no big deal; we're just sending out a general reminder so we don't all go pic crazy
