Have you picked up dialogue or names from movies and use them in your everyday life? After watching "Pulp Fiction" I began calling my wife "honey bunny". She didn't like it a bit, but I keep on calling her that even though she's threatened to shoot me. I'll also tell people I admire that, as Seth Gecko does in "From Dusk Till Dawn", they're in my "Cool Book".
So dear Chasers, does this happen to you? |

All the time... I've picked up, 'P-p-please d-d-don't tell my m-m-mother,' although not as many people have seen One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest as I would like so they understood the reference... |

I'm always quoting films and no one ever seems to get it. every time I beat someone at something, like a PS2 game or something like that, I say "that's what you get for fukkin' with me" like Brody says in Mallrats. I also called my girlfriend "pumpkin tits" a few times like the dad calls his daughter in 'not another teen movie'...yeah she didn't like that either...

I quote movies like they're going out of style, and I know I've apprehended a lot of dialogue from Calvin and Hobbes, but I'll be damned if I can think of any movie sources that I use like that. I'm sure they're there, but I just can't pull them right now.
I'll have to keep track, and chime in later. |

Whenever I'm told to wear a name badge at some function or other or someone in the street promoting something is handing out badges and they try to pin one on me I always respond with 'Badges!!?? We don' need no steenkin' badges!"
Whenever I ask a favour of someone and they show some reluctance I always say "Oh come on! You'd do it for Randolph Scott!" (and one in a hundred people will recognise the quote) Most say "Who the f*ck is Randolph Scott?"

My e-mail was derrived from Pulp Fiction and I'm always quoting movies. It's just part of my vocabulary! Can you imagine all of us talking in person...we'd probably be saying a quote every other sentence!

My husband says Hey Baby all the time to me like Fred MacMurray did to Barbara Stanwyk in Double Indemnity..
..And we both say let's go sexin alot..from A Dirty Shame..guess I don't need to elaborate on that to much... ![]() I say run Forrest run quite a bit, when appropriate to the situation. I love to say Trust me, I know what I'm doing....from Sledge Hammer, but that's TV... Oh and my H and I call each Todd and Margo from, Christmas Vacation.
