The man known only by the title Janitor (Neil Flynn) reveals that he is a bit of an inventor. This is in addition to being Sacred Heart Hospital's most skilled custodian and handyman. Janitor's inventions include the Pen Straw, the Hover Hoover, and the Drill Fork. He sings a song to celebrate the latter, "Drill-Fork, it can drill and fork... mostly fork!" The front of this Scrubs tee shirt features the song's lyrics, along with an image of the Scrubs Drill-Fork. It's great to use when eating spaghetti.
